Being an Early Bird

Wake up! You’ll be late!
Today people go to bed late and get up late, but it’s not a good thing because according to the report, human beings’ bodies have to rest at 11:00pm to 1:00am---a time for your liver to rest. On the other hand, waking up late is easy to miss some important things because you don’t have enough time to prepare. But, if you wake up early, you’ll have much more time to get ready for a day, and it’ll be a wonderful beginning! So, you should be a morning person, it’s not only good for your health, but also for the success. For example, Wang Yung-ching, an influential entrepreneur who founded a large business empire in Taiwan, he waked up early and went to play golf at 5:00am every day; he was longevous and successful. Furthermore, the early morning is very quiet, and you won’t be bothered, so it’s the best time to think or talk to yourself, or do something you love but you don’t have time to do such as reading, writing or jogging. Let’s become a morning person, and you’ll feel different!
